Scott Meyers is an accomplished attorney with over two decades of experience in dispute resolution and fiduciary litigation matters. He helps executors, trustees, and beneficiaries resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their rights and interests.

A graduate of George Mason University School of Law (magna cum laude) and Virginia Tech, Scott began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Sr., in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. His early training in federal court shaped his meticulous approach to advocacy and reinforced his commitment to fairness in complex legal matters.

Scott brings extensive litigation experience before the North Carolina Superior Court and Business Court. His practice includes representing executors and trustees in fiduciary disputes and guiding clients through sensitive estate-related conflicts. Drawing on his large-firm background, Scott delivers high-level litigation skills scaled to meet the needs of families, fiduciaries, and individuals who require strong legal representation without the overhead of a large legal team.

He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Greensboro Bar Association. Scott is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Virginia.
