Joining Carolina Estate Planning in June 2025, Glenda brings nearly two decades of experience as a dedicated paralegal with a focus on estate planning, elder law, and business law. With deep roots in the Winston-Salem community, Glenda has long been a trusted advocate for local families, especially seniors, guiding them through the often complex process of creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential estate planning documents.
Glenda’s role spans every phase of the estate planning journey: from initial client intake to the final stages of asset funding and trust implementation. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to client service ensure each plan is executed with precision. Clients appreciate Glenda’s compassionate and approachable nature, particularly during times when legal matters feel overwhelming. She takes pride in helping individuals and families preserve their legacies, minimize estate taxes, and avoid probate complications.
Known for her strong professional ethics and dedication to quality legal support, Glenda is an integral part of the Carolina Estate Planning team. Her work helps clients achieve peace of mind through carefully crafted, personalized estate planning strategies.
From her longtime home in Ardmore, she enjoys digging in her plants and flowers, feeding the birds (squirrels!) and chasing after her two granddaughters, Averie and Reagan. An avid reader of historical fiction, you can usually find her with a good book in the evenings with her chihuahua, Daisy Gatz, in her lap and two labs, Harper Lee and Sam at her feet.
